Emergency Order

When unable to place an order due to system trouble, please contact us.
We are equipped with emergency order system (CLICK system) in case of emergent situation.

1. Once customers account number and its password are confirmed, our staff will place an order on behalf of customer.
2. When ordering KOSPI futures/options and overseas products over the phone, off-line fee will be applied.

3. If the emergency situation is occurred due to either Korea Exchanges system failure or SI Securities system connection trouble with
Korea Exchange, our staff will not be able to assist in this matter. (applies to only KRX products)
